Book Description

Scruffy Collins joins Iris Dundee’s Bigfoot documentary unsure what to expect, but hoping for a treat or two. Instead, he wanders into a reality where bumbling cult members spy like confused schoolchildren, cartel crews appear where no one invited them, a biker gang rolls through scenes like a recurring hallucination, and a telepathic Bigfoot family waits in the wings for a cosmic event. A cave detour makes Scruffy the liaison between Iris’s crew and a migrating Bigfoot civilization on a mission no one can clearly define, mostly because the rules rewrite themselves minute by minute. As chaos follows from Oregon to California, Scruffy stays calm and professional, determined to help his humans succeed. Destiny insists he’s important. Scruffy remains skeptical.

About the Author

Michael March

Embracing the idealistic belief that good will always triumph over evil, I’ve weathered many storms without succumbing to spiritual indigestion.

My life has been a tapestry of diverse experiences, from studying Industrial Engineering at the Fashion Institute of Technology to pursuing my passion for music. Dropping out to follow my dream led to an unexpected turn when Uncle Sam sent me on a mission to Southeast Asia.

Upon my return, I hit the road, looking for the soul of America. Playing my songs along Telegraph Avenue in Berkeley, California, and then around Mifflin Street in Madison, Wisconsin, I believed I could help save the world through music, which led me back to my hometown and onto the New York City club scene. Later, I ran a garment company and helped innovate specific fashion techniques.

My career path has been as diverse as my experiences. From selling consumer electronics at Crazy Eddie and Uncle Stereo’s to painting houses, moving furniture, and even selling flowers and underground comic books on the streets of Milwaukee and Madison, Wisconsin, I’ve done it all.

Throughout my journey, I’ve come to realize that love is the universal currency. Treating others with kindness and respect is key to a fulfilling life, and I strive to convey that through my work.
