Refund Policy

 

Book Drop Central purchases of Featured and Premium promotional services are non-refundable.

Because Featured and Premium promotions reserve promotional placement and provide additional promotional benefits for a specified period, all sales are final once payment is completed. Free Standard listings do not require a purchase.

Refunds will not be provided if:

• An author changes their mind after purchasing a promotion.
• An author purchases a promotion but does not use the promotional credit.
• A submitted book is rejected or removed because it violates Book Drop Central’s submission, content, or promotional policies.
• A retailer changes a book’s price, availability, or listing after submission.

If you believe you were charged incorrectly or experienced a billing error, please contact Book Drop Central so the issue can be reviewed.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
