Behind Closed Doors

In Paradise Grove, an exclusive billionaire neighborhood where luxury conceals dangerous secrets, Jameson Knight is a wealthy, mysterious father who rarely reveals his emotions. Each afternoon, he arrives at his daughter’s school at the same time, showing a rare smile when she rushes into his arms.

Her teacher has always found him intriguing, but she knows better than to become involved in a student’s family affairs. That changes when gunfire erupts during recess, and she risks her life to protect his daughter.

Concerned for her safety, Jameson takes her to his lavish estate and offers her a temporary position as his daughter’s live-in nanny while he works to eliminate the danger and arrange a more permanent solution.

What initially seems like a simple arrangement soon becomes complicated by their growing attraction. Jameson is powerful, possessive, and fiercely protective, but he also has a demanding and calculating side that makes him difficult to understand.

As they spend more time together, the teacher discovers that neither Jameson nor the exclusive community surrounding his estate is quite what it appears to be. His secrets give her reasons to leave, yet her feelings for him grow increasingly difficult to resist.

Caught between her attraction to Jameson and the unsettling truths surrounding him, she must decide whether to walk away from a man who has already captured her heart.
