Lassoed by Fate
Book Description
From Canadian rodeos to English cricket grounds, an unexpected romance brings two very different worlds together.
Crystal MacLeod is a Canadian cowgirl whose success, determination, and rhinestone glamour conceal her struggles with trust. When she crosses paths with a charming but decidedly unambitious English cricketer, their contrasting personalities create an unlikely attraction. She’s hardworking and driven; he’s more comfortable with tweed, warm ale, and avoiding unnecessary effort.
Both are struggling with the expectations placed upon them, but their unexpected connection threatens to disrupt the lives they’ve come to know.
As cultural differences collide and their feelings grow, Crystal and the Englishman must decide whether they’re willing to move beyond their expectations and discover what love might offer them.
Blending British humor, romance, and a strong sense of community, Lassoed by Fate is a transatlantic romantic comedy for readers who enjoy stories in the spirit of Notting Hill and Rivals.
